With the inaugural release of 2001 EPISODE, I realized my personal dream of creating a wine that would stand alongside the best I have ever tasted. Critics raved about the inaugural and 2002 vintages, describing EPISODE as “big yet balanced,” with “the essence of a first-growth Bordeaux.”

You shared in my dream, and now I invite you to share in a tradition by making a reservation for the release of 2003 EPISODE.

Our third vintage maintains EPISODE’s signature elegance, while expressing a unique complexity due to the pristine condition of our vineyard sources, warm fall weather for the 2003 vintage and a sophisticated barrel regime, all producing an integrated yet complex wine. 2003 EPISODE displays pure and perfectly ripened fruit with dark-berry aromas making the first impression. On the palate, dark chocolate emerges with layers of plums and dark fruit. Tannins are medium-to-full, but are ripe, soft and supple.

In other words, 2003 EPISODE is a wine I will proudly serve to my closest friends at a luxurious dinner. And as always, EPISODE will only be bottled in limited quantities when exacting standards are met.

EPISODE 2003 is available at a limited release price of $125 per 750 ml bottle. As of January 1, 2007, the Suggested Retail Price will be $150 per 750 ml bottle. Please note that this year also brings an unprecedented opportunity to reserve an exclusive EPISODE vertical set (2001-2003 vintages) or rare, large formats (1.5, 3.0 and 6.0 liters) of the spectacular 2002 and 2003 vintages.
